NASA Food Research
Through a grant from the NASA Small Business Initiatives Research (SBIR) program, our company is working as a corporate partner to develop miniaturized extrusion processing systems.  The purpose is to provide a multipurpose food processing system capable of processing cereals and legumes in sustainable space food programs.  The new technology will also be widely applicable to food processing on the “small scale”.
