Soy Innovations International has well over three decades of experience with soy foods, product development, and technology transfer making us unique to the industry in several ways.  Soy Innovations and the equipment manufacturing division, Insta-Pro, work together and enable both the technology and equipment to be developed and tested in-house.  This custom-tailored equipment is then utilized by Soy Innovations International to process their human foods products.

Soy Innovations International is dedicated to “all natural” products produced without the use of chemicals.  We specialize in Non-GMO and Organic materials and all of our products are Kosher certified.  Our primary focus during product development includes three cardinal guidelines:  flavor, functionality, and nutrition.

Soy Innovations International processes soybeans using a unique method developed by our own company.  It is a completely mechanical process that does not use any chemicals such as organic solvents.  Soybeans are subjected to a high temperature short time thermal process in an extruder.  This treatment deactivates undesirable enzyme systems, releases the oil for easy separation, and improves the digestibility of protein.  The thermal process is followed by mechanical pressing in a horizontal press to separate the oil.  The extracted meal is high in protein, superior in flavor, and rich in beneficial phytochemicals.  Because we do not separate the soybean into its components, the natural balance of the nutrients is maintained through the process.  Our products are therefore truly natural.

Because of our unique process, our products are of superior flavor compared with conventional counterparts.  They retain the antioxidants present in the soybean, and are therefore naturally stable.  Our protein products are rich in beneficial phytochemicals such as isoflavones.
