We offer a
product mix
consisting of four
categories, namely,
low-fat soy flours,
textured soy
proteins, soy/rice
cereals, and soy
oil. Low-fat soy
flour comes in
various degrees of
thermal treatment
resulting in
different functional
characteristics.
These are used in
bakery, pasta,
cereal,
confectionery, and
beverage
applications. Soy
flour is rich in
protein and contains
virtually no
starch. Hence, it
is an ideal
ingredient to reduce
digestible
carbohydrates and
increase protein in
conventional
cereal-based
products. Textured
soy protein comes in
different particle
sizes, natural
colors and flavors.
They are used as
meat extenders in
ground meat and
processed meat
products. They are
also
used as meat
alternatives in
vegetarian food
preparations.
Extruded soy/cereal
blends
come in
various proportions,
and particle sizes.
The fine milled
product is used for
the
manufacture of
energy dense foods
such as weaning
foods and protein
supplements. The
granulated products
are suitable as base
ingredient for
energy bars and
breakfast cereal
products. The oil
extracted by our
process is offered
in partially refined
and fully refined
form. In either
case, the oil is
processed by
physical refining
without the use of
caustic.
